Where you apply for a particular vacancy, information associated with your application may be shared with the school or organisation recruiting for that position.

These measures include appropriate access controls, authentication, system security and restrictions on access to personal information.
Access to personal information is limited to individuals and service providers who reasonably require it for legitimate purposes.
Where third-party service providers process information on our behalf, we expect appropriate security and confidentiality protections to be maintained.
Although we take reasonable measures to protect personal information, no internet transmission or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

16. Automated Decision-Making and Candidate Searching
Schools and authorised recruitment users may search and filter candidate profiles using criteria available through the Sky Educate recruitment platform.
Sky Educate does not currently make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals solely through automated processing.
Search results and filters are tools designed to assist schools in identifying potentially relevant candidates. They do not constitute an employment decision.
Final recruitment, interview and employment decisions are made by the relevant school, educational organisation or authorised decision-maker.
If we introduce solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, we will provide any additional information and safeguards required by applicable law.
17. Children's Information
Sky Educate's recruitment platform is intended for adult educators and professionals and for schools and educational organisations.
We do not knowingly invite children to create candidate profiles for employment recruitment purposes.
