Frequently Asked Questions
How does billing work?
All plans are billed annually. You'll be charged once per year on your subscription anniversary date. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time through the Manage Billing portal in your employer dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What counts as a "contact reveal"?
Revealing a candidate's email address or phone number counts as one contact reveal. Once you reveal a candidate's contact details, future views of that same candidate don't count again within the same month.
Do contact reveals roll over?
No. The 20 monthly reveals on the Professional plan reset at the start of each calendar month and do not roll over. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited reveals.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan through the Manage Billing portal at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial at this time, but you can view available candidate cards (without contact details) at no cost once your school account is approved. Contact us for a demo.
